The Starshine Journal

Stories from the water, the table,
and the tender in-between.

This is where I share the deeper story behind my work — the lessons learned in warm water, the wisdom found through bodywork, and the personal reflections that shape Starshine Wellness. These writings are part journal, part education, and part invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

WATSU® is a modality that asks for your full presence—body, mind, and heart—and this level of training stretched

Maybe because I’m in the first few months of massage school, and everything feels both new and strangely familiar. My hands are learning anatomy. My mind is learning technique. But underneath all of that, something quieter is happening. I’m remembering who I’ve always been. Before massage school, I was an artist. A photographer. A
