Service Description
A slow, grounding massage experience created for times when your body and mind need less doing and more receiving. Inspired by the restorative qualities of yin, this session blends unhurried massage, gentle compression, sustained holds, subtle movement, and grounding bodywork. Special attention is given to areas that invite the whole body to settle—including the head, neck, back, sacrum, hands, and feet—with each session adapted to what you need that day. Unlike Therapeutic Massage, the focus isn't on working deeply into problem areas or correcting muscular tension. Instead, Rest & Reset uses slower, intentional touch and spacious pacing to encourage stillness, ease, and reconnection. Ideal when you're feeling depleted, overstimulated, mentally busy, or simply in need of intentional rest. Come as you are. There is nothing you need to accomplish here.
Cancellation Policy
Starshine Wellness Booking Policies Appointments Sessions are available by appointment only and can be booked online or by direct request. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first session to allow time for intake and to settle in. Cancellation & Rescheduling Life happens, and I appreciate as much notice as possible. • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. • Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% fee. • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged the full session price. This policy allows me to honor my time and make space for other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time so that other appointments are not affected. The full session fee will still apply. Health & Wellness Considerations Massage is most beneficial when received in a healthy state. If you are feeling ill, have a fever, or are experiencing contagious symptoms, please reschedule your session. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to illness. Consent-Based Care Your comfort and autonomy are central to every session. Pressure, techniques, and focus areas will always be adjusted with clear communication and consent. You are welcome to pause, adjust, or end the session at any time. Payment Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods will be listed when booking. Starshine Wellness is a space for rest, restoration, and thoughtful care. Thank you for helping create a respectful and supportive environment for all clients.
