Some journeys teach you new skills. Others transform who you are. After more than 200 hours of training, I recently became a certified WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork Practitioner at the WhiteStone Institute in Washington. What I thought would be the final step in my training became a journey of deep growth, lasting friendships, and the quiet realization that I was exactly where I was meant to be.

There is something tender about being in the almost . almost graduated. almost certified. almost stepping into something bigger! In June, I will graduate from OZ School of Massage and complete my WATSU® training — a modality that has completely reshaped how I understand surrender, support, and nervous-system healing.
