Starshine's Mobile Wellness Services bring restorative bodywork directly to you, offering therapeutic massage or WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork (for clients with a suitable heated pool) in the comfort and privacy of your own space. Each session is thoughtfully tailored with the same presence-centered, consent-based approach that guides every Starshine experience—so you can rest, reset, and reconnect without the need to travel.

To ensure a safe, personalized experience for both client and practitioner, Mobile Wellness Services are available on a limited basis and by referral only.

Experience restorative bodywork in the comfort of your own home.

Starshine's Mobile Wellness Services bring personalized, presence-centered care directly to you. Whether you prefer therapeutic massage in your home or have access to a suitable heated pool for WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork, I'll bring everything needed to create a peaceful, professional healing experience.

This service is ideal for those recovering from illness or surgery (with medical clearance when appropriate), individuals with limited mobility, busy families, or anyone who simply enjoys the comfort and privacy of receiving care at home.

Because in-home visits require additional planning and travel, Mobile Wellness Services are offered on a limited basis and are available by referral only for established clients or those referred by a trusted client or healthcare provider.

Mobile Therapeutic Massage

I'll bring everything needed for your session, including a professional massage table, linens, oil, music, and other supplies.

Home Requirements

A private, quiet room where interruptions can be minimized.
Approximately 9 ft × 11 ft of clear floor space to comfortably accommodate the massage table and allow room to move around it.
A comfortable room temperature (70–75°F is ideal).
Access to a standard electrical outlet.
Safe, well-lit access to the home and convenient parking nearby.
Pets should be secured during the session unless previously discussed.

Mobile WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork

If you have access to a heated private pool, you may be able to experience WATSU® in your own backyard or indoor pool.

WATSU® combines gentle floating, stretching, rhythmic movement, and nurturing support in warm water to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.

Pool Requirements

Water temperature maintained between 95–97°F (35–36°C) for the duration of the session.
Minimum water depth of chest to shoulder height on the practitioner (typically 3.5–4.5 feet).
A clear open area approximately 5 ft × 10 ft free from obstacles, steps, ladders, or pool toys.
Pool should be clean, well-maintained, and free of heavy chemical odors.
A quiet, private environment where interruptions can be minimized.
Easy and safe entry and exit from the pool.
Access to a restroom and changing area.
Weather conditions must allow for safe treatment if outdoors.

A brief consultation may be scheduled before your first mobile WATSU session to confirm your pool is suitable.

Mobile Service Fees

Mobile Wellness Services are available throughout the Treasure Valley.

Travel Fee

$25 within 10 miles of Starshine Wellness (83642).
$2.00 per mile beyond the included service area.

Travel fees are calculated from the Starshine Wellness studio.
