A fully quiet session (aside from initial check-in) to support deep rest, nervous system reset, and inward focus.
$0 - Guided Massage (Conversation Welcome)
A more interactive session where conversation, check-ins, and collaboration are welcomed throughout.
$15 - Gentle Return
A few extra minutes at the end of your session to rest, integrate, and re-enter your day slowly.
$10 - Seated Ashiatsu (Upper Body Focus)
Deep, broad pressure using the feet to release tension in the shoulders, upper back, and neck—without sharp or pinpoint discomfort.
$10 - Foot Focus (Reflexology-Inspired)
Extra time on the feet using slow, intentional techniques to support full-body relaxation and grounding.
$15 - Hair Oil & Scalp Ritual
Warm oil and wooden combing to nourish the scalp, encourage circulation, and support deep relaxation. Optional essential oil for subtle aromatherapy.
